St Francis Animal Welfare is a registered charity (263172) which was first established in 1953 and is now based at Sunnyside Cottage, Mortimer's Lane in Fair Oak, near Southampton.
We provide shelter and care for many animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, ferrets and many other small mammals.
We aim to rehabilitate and rehome as many animals as we can but have many long term residents including several cats, four goats, two pigs, a pony, a donkey and many chickens.
If you are interested in adopting a rescue animal please pop into the shelter and fill out a registration form during our opening hours.
We always need hardworking volunteers to help with the animals and to help fundraise. If this is something you may be interested in please do contact us.
