The Rio Grande valley in deep south Texas is Plagued with abusive, neglectful and irresponsible pet owners. Some animals spend their entire life on a chain in 100+ degree weather, in 20 degree and below weather. Some are used in Dog fights. Some are bait. Others contract diseases and illness and the owners are too irresponsible or in many cases too poor to get it seen by a vet. And yet another problem, many are too irresponsible or too poor to get their animals spayed or neutered. And so this amazing man, Dezi, has taken up the touch. to be the voice of the lost, abused and neglected. he takes what people discard as trash and recycles them into loving happy pets. Please donate! every bit helps. many of these abused animals need extensive vet services and as a no kill shelter, no need is so expensive, that he would consider putting it down rather than pay.
