Society for human Empowerment and Rights(SHER) aims to empowering the local communities to work for the rights of children and women who suffer from poverty, illiteracy, disease, injustice, violence and instability.

Society for human Empowerment and Rights (SHER) mission is to improve the literacy rate and to raise the health status of the believed or less advantaged section of the society by addressing their current needs, utilizing their skills for their own development through the participation of all groups of the community.

Society for human Empowerment and Rights (SHER) has a vision to upgrade the status of rural and urban communities on equal basis by encouraging them to initiate and support change from the grassroots level by providing basic education, up-grading environmental status of the communities, provision of basic health facilities and life skills to all the children and women where there is no discrimination in the provision of resources on the basis of race, gender, color and class for achieving sustainable development and stability.
