Pro Animale-USA is focused on supporting the animal sanctuary of Il Sorriso di San Francesco in Assisi, the hometown of StFrancis, Patron Saint of Animals

- provide rescue of abused animals in/around Assisi
- provide a venue for volunteers/visitor to spiritually engage their compassion & humanity in the town of St Francis
- provide free/low cost spay/neuter services in Assisi
- provide funding for an injectable sterilisation program
- to generate an American support group for Il Sorriso di San Francesco Animal Sanctuary
