This page is run by West Texas AFA, not the city of San Angelo, TX. Our hope is to reunite families with lost pets as well as promote awareness of animals in need of homes.

This page is strictly for the purpose of networking animals available at our city animal shelter. The health and behavior of these animals adopted by the public from the San Angelo City Shelter are not the responsibility of West Texas AFA. The information shared per animal is provided by the ID card at the shelter. West Texas AFA is not responsible for the adoption program that the city of San Angelo oversees. If you are interested in fostering an animal we can connect you and the animal with a local rescue group. That particular rescue will then take on responsibility of that animal and its health.
