Bruno's Pet Rescue
Here to help rescue pets of all shapes and sizes in need in the Los Angeles and Orange County area!
Several months ago I (Sarah) read about a chocolate lab mix that had been stuck in a Compton elementary school for two weeks! I said that I would go get him the next day and asked if anyone would help me. Five of us, all completely strangers, got together and after two weeks of running we caught him! We found a foster and they named him Bruno. After helping to rescue Bruno three of us (Sarah, Shala, and Rosie) decided we were going to stay in contact and start a rescue together and that is where it all began! Bruno has since been adopted and we have taken on two street pups and have officially started our rescue. We also met a wonderful lady (Marie) who has lots of experience with cats and she has joined the team. Our goal is to rescue high risk pets, whether that be on the street or from high-kill shelters and give them the extra boost they need to get adopted! We also want to be available to our communities to help in animal rescues on the street. Basically, we are just a group of animal lovers who wants to make a difference in any way that we can!
