Our mission is to reduce the number of adoptable animals euthanized in overcrowded shelters, restore them to good health, and through adoption, provide them permanent, loving homes.

OFOSA rescues adoptable animals from over crowded shelters, restores their health and finds them new, loving homes.

Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals (OFOSA) is a volunteer driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the welfare and adopt-ability of shelter animals.
