The SCRAPS Hope Foundation supports the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service in their work to build a more humane community, protect public safety and ensure animal welfare through compassionate, responsive, professional enforcement of laws and public policy.

The SCRAPS Hope Foundation is a non-profit created in 2009 to support SCRAPS through private donations and grants by funding additional services and community support. SCRAPS Hope Foundation fund:
• Animal Medical Program
• Transport Program
• Free Dog Training Classes
• Behavior classes and literature
• Humane Education classes
• Food bank and Dog houses for low income families
