We are Regional Animal Services and cover 16 towns including: Killingly, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Woodstock, Pomfret, Putnam, Sterling, Hampton, Voluntown, Chaplin, Colchester, Lebanon, Franklin, Bozrah, Sprague, and Lisbon. The adoption fee is $50.00 if the animal is not spayed or neutered but you will receive a state voucher (for CT residents only) which will cover a portion of getting the animal fixed and its first two vaccines- Rabies and Distemper. If the animal is already altered and you live out of state or in state, the adoption fee is $5.00.
