The HSNC is an all volunteer, 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. We survive solely on donations. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER.

* To reduce the overpopulation and abandonment of animals within Navarro County through spay and neuter services;

* To educate citizens on the benefits of spay / neuter and promote animal welfare;

* To maintain a good relationship with the City of Corsicana Shelter in placing as many animals as possible into good, appropriate and permanent homes;

* To work with the City and County officials, local businesses and concerned citizens in raising awareness and funding for a new shelter facility.
