Pause 4 Paws Rescue Mission is dedicated to finding forever homes for adoptable shelter and rescue animals. Our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering and to provide the public education on responsible pet ownership.

Pause 4 Paws in a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue dedicated to the health and well-being of animals that have been mistreated, lost or abandoned. Located in Vacaville, California, we partner with local animal welfare organizations to raise funds to care for these animals and educate the community regarding proper care.

We encourage population control through spaying and neutering. We return lost animals to their owners when possible and facilitate adoptions in order to place each animal in a safe environment. Pause 4 Paws makes it its policy to never dispose of any animal by euthanasia unless it is deemed absolutely necessary. We strive to provide humane treatment and a loving home for every animal in need.
