DONATIONS MATCHED UP TO $5000!

In memory of Phoenix, a former 4Paws adoptee who recently lost his fight with diabetes, funds donated to 4Paws on Giving Tuesday will be MATCHED up to $5,000!!

Feline suffering is everywhere – overcrowded animal shelters euthanize healthy cats to make space for new intakes; homeless cats and kittens are forced to suffer the cold and wind on neighborhood streets; former pets huddle in sewers for shelter, terrified and hungry, wondering from where their next meal will come from.

4Paws volunteers are working hard to end the suffering for as many cats as possible. Since 4Paws began operating we have found loving homes for more than 11,200 homeless cats and kittens! During 2021, we have already adopted out more than 750 cats, which includes 350+ kittens.

Especially heart breaking are the older cats that suddenly lose their homes – often the only homes they have ever known. Any cat originally adopted out through 4Paws is required to be returned to 4Paws if the owner can no longer care for him. This is 4Paws' lifetime commitment to our rescued cats!

Dear Friends,

For 4Paws, COVID-19 changed everything:
* No more adoption fairs
* No more fundraising events
* No more adoption-ready cats displayed in pet stores

In spite of these challenges, adoptions have soared, but so have vet expenses.

4Paws saved 30 pregnant or nursing mother cats from imminent death in high-kill shelters !
During June and July, 4Paws found adoptive homes for more than 130 kittens!

The adoption fee for an adult cat, at best, covers 1/3 of the cost to provide vet care for that cat. This summer, 4Paws has spent tens of thousands of dollars preparing our rescued cats for adoption.

We need your donations so we can continue to save precious feline lives!!
