H.O.R.S.E of CT is a volunteer-run organization located in Washington, CT dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of equines. HORSE receives no town, state, or federal funding and relies solely on private donations as well as grants to continue its work. Since it's inception in 1982, the organization has given over 600 horses a new lease on life.
