Centre County PAWS

Meet your new best friend at Centre County PAWS!

Centre County PAWS is committed to finding forever homes for cats and dogs, educating citizens on responsible pet ownership, providing spay/neuter assistance, and ending pet overpopulation. We are a non-euthanasia, member supported, volunteer enabled organization dedicated to the Promotion of Animal Welfare and Safety.

Centre County PAWS was established in 1980. For over 30 years we have been committed to finding forever homes for cats and dogs, educating citizens on responsible pet ownership, providing spay/neuter assistance, and ending pet overpopulation. We are a non-euthanasia, member supported, volunteer enabled organization dedicated to the Promotion of Animal Welfare and Safety.

The core of PAWS’ energy and continuing success lies in our focus on three areas: putting animal welfare first, valuing our staff and volunteers, and supporting the principle of non-euthanasia. Through our adoption services, spay and neuter assistance program, education and outreach program, and emergency medical assistance for strays, we offer a full range of support services to make a difference in the lives of cats and dogs in central Pennsylvania.
