To aid homeless, abandoned and neglected dogs, to nurture them in volunteer foster homes, provide them with training, socialization and medical care, and to find them permanent, loving and responsible homes. A 100% volunteer run rescue, New Start Dog Rescue of Illinois is also committed to decreasing the number of unwanted companion animals through spay/neuter programs and education.
