We are an all volunteer, foster based cat & kitten rescue serving Northeast Ohio. Our goal is to help abandoned cats & kittens find their forever families.

Viva Los Gatos Cat Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization that rescues, nurtures, and finds forever homes for neglected, abandoned, and stray cats and kittens in Northeast Ohio. Our dedicated and experienced volunteers foster our cats in safe and loving environments until they are adopted into homes of their own. Cats that are not adopted still have a home... with us. We love and care for our cats like family, for the rest of their lives, so they are never hurt or abandoned again.

When you realize it's time to do your part to change something for the better, you get together with good friends, form a plan and set out to make a difference.
Our founders have all volunteered with other rescues as foster parents, helping hundreds of cats and kittens find homes. With the invaluable amount of things we've learned over a combined 30 years, we decided it was time to make a difference our own way.
