The City of Burleson Animal Services Division provides animal care and control services within the city limits and animal adoption services to the greater Burleson community.

All adoptive pet owners must sign a legal contract agreeing to have the adopted pet spayed or neutered, as required by state law. This surgery can be done by the veterinarian of your choice, and the expense is the owner's responsibility. Written verification of this surgical procedure must be returned to the animal shelter in order to avoid legal action.
