We are dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, neglected, abandoned, and injured horses and other equines in order to place them in permanent, healthy adoptive homes.

Fallen Oak Equine Rescue and Rehabilitation, Inc. is located on 8 acres in sunny Glen St. Mary, Florida. We currently operate out of a 4 stall barn complete with a center aisle, pasture for grazing, and a round pen for training and evaluating rescued horses.

We rely on our devotes foster homes to help us transition horses from our facility to their forever home, and also to help us when numbers of horses in-need force us to overflow. We could not do what we do without our team of foster parents!

We are currently looking to relocate our farm and family to a larger 20 acre farm in order to accommodate more rescues in the future.
