Foster Friday Spotlight🌟

“Hi my names Fox or as my foster momma calls me Foxy! I’m a 38 lb basenji mix full of love and goofiness. Though I have tons of love to give, I am weary of new people, and tend to stick to one (usually female) person. I love the outdoors, and am happiest rolling in a good patch of grass! I am chicken, horse, and small dog friendly! (Word on the street I’m even good with cats, though my foster momma hasn’t tested that out yet). Though I am quite the dog friendly fellow I tend to like to be the dominant one in the mix, so a more submissive play partner is ideal. I’ll ride in a car all day, safely in the back seat, to whatever destination you desire. I am house broken, good In my kennel, walk well on a leash, and at your request play dress up. I don’t appear to be food aggressive, but I’m very timid when I eat, and will only eat when my person is close by. I’d love a quiet home, where I can learn not to be fearful of new people/things, and have plenty of yard space for my zoomies.”

Fox is a very special dog, who will need the perfect home. His fear of new things means he will need someone dedicated to helping him transition into “normal” dog life. He would be best suited with a small quiet home, preferably no children. He loves to play with other dogs, so a furry friend would suit him well as long as they are on the more submissive side.

Meet Gamora and Nebula!
These 2-month-old sisters are as sweet as they come. They love to run around and play, but when they get tired, they will be looking for all of the snuggles and kisses you can give. They have been raised in a home with two adults and a dog. Help Gamora and Nebula find their forever homes.

Meet our dog of the week, Beaux! 🐶

Beaux is truly a special soul! He listens super well and is loyal to his person. He loves being a couch potato but also has energy to be an active dog. He walks well on the leash except when he occasionally wants to try and to walk himself. He likes bones and knows how to entertain himself. Beaux is a quick learner and has almost mastered “leave it,” “stay” and “off.”
He is crate trained and is almost house broken.

Meet Sarabi! Sarabi is a total sweetheart who loves giving and receiving cuddles. She's an all-star snuggler and very well behaved. She would be an amazing, loyal companion for a single person or a family looking for a four-legged best bud! Sarabi does need to be the only pet in the house.
