SAVE pets from Aurora Colorado Animal Care and Control

We are animal lovers who want to try to help pets get out of Aurora CO's Animal Shelter. We are NOT affiliated with the shelter or the city.

This page was started in 2013 by Aurora animal rights attorney Juliet Piccone www.thepicconelawfirm.com to help network homeless pets in the Aurora Animal Shelter and expose the oftentimes inhumane and uncaring atmosphere inside the shelter and especially the animal control department. The name was Help find homes for Aurora Colorado Shelter Pets. The name was changed in March 2017 when people angry about the impoundment of a dog named Capone assumed this page was run by the city or the shelter.

We are animal lovers who want to try to help get homeless pets out of Aurora's animal shelter. We do not work at or volunteer at the shelter and any information we have comes from Aurora's Pet Harbor website. Please bear with us as we try to get some exposure for these animals. www.auroragov.org/residents/animal_services/aurora_animal_shelter
