Dedicated to the humane treatment of all domesticated animals. Educational programs are offered to the public in an effort to instruct citizens in the proper care and responsible ownership of animals. The Clinton County S.P.C.A. provides shelter for abandoned, harmed or injured animals and investigates improper treatment of animals. The S.P.C.A. also serves as a shelter in times of disaster. The Clinton County S.P.C.A. is a not-for-profit organization of volunteers and professionals dedicated to animal protection and the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the county.

Our small shelter sits on the Dunnstown side of the Susquehanna River, we hold approx. up to 20 dogs and 30+ cats that are trying to find forever homes to love and care for them. Our animals are all vet checked & vaccinated before coming up for adoption.Adoption fees vary but run around $40.00 for cats and up to $125.00 for dogs (including a license)
