This facebook page is to let people see our dogs for adoption and updates when they are re-homed. We want to let people know of our activities.




Established in 2006, Canine Safe Harbor has sheltered, rehabilitated, and located homes for many rescued, surrendered, and unwanted dogs in Southwestern Michigan and surrounding areas.

While awaiting the perfect home and family, our dogs enjoy comfortable and spacious living quarters, outside play and exercise areas, daily walks, and a team of caring and dedicated volunteers who treat each dog as one of their own.

Though we strive to make our no-kill shelter as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for our four-legged friends, each of our dogs deserve and desire a family and home of their own. At Canine Safe Harbor, we give dogs a chance for a better life.
