Animal Aid of Branch County

AABC is a grass roots organization that is dedicated to the well-being of Branch County's animal population. Our goal is to end animal homelessness!

Animal Aid is pleased to work with the staff of the Branch County Animal Shelter in an effort to re-home homeless animals from Branch and Hillsdale Counties. We emphasize shelter adoptions, foster and adopt out some animals in our own program, and work with other rescues who do the same. These mutual efforts have brought a drastic reduction in the euthanasia rate at our public shelter in just a short time.

Animal Aid of Branch County, or AABC, is a grass roots organization that is dedicated to the well-being of Branch County's animal population. Our goal is to end animal homelessness and to promote owner responsibility in Branch County. AABC members now serve Branch and Hillsdale Counties in Michigan. We are a 501c3 organization.

Please visit our pet list to check out the wonderful pets looking for new forever homes. If you are interested in adopting one of our pets please feel free to email for a pre-adoption survey and to ask any questions. We are happy to answer questions over the phone also. If you wish to pursue the adoption we would be happy to set up a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in.

The pets listed on our site are all housed in foster homes. We do not have one central shelter location to visit. However if you are interested in meeting any of our pets please call or email to set up an appointment.
