Our missions is to help animals find loving, furever homes and to educate the public about abuse and raise awareness to our cause. We are located in Central Illinois

RUFF is a 501 C 3 not for profit group that is licensed with the Illinois Dept of Ag. We are a foster based rescue, which means our adoptables live in foster homes until they find their furever home. We also help people that need to rehome their dogs or tame cats. We help people with dogfood so they can keep their loving pets. RUFF doesnt want to see any animal suffering for whatever reason, so our goal is to help as many as we can. We need help and are looking for members with the same compassion that we have.
