Simply Cats is Boise, Idaho's no-kill, cageless feline adoption center.

Simply Cats got its start (with just six cats!) as Just Strays Animal Foundation, Inc., in a one room office in 1986. Thanks to a very dedicated group of people, the shelter grew and moved into a larger building. In 2006, the name of the organization was changed to Simply Cats Adoption Center to reflect its feline-only animal population. Meanwhile, plans were underway to construct a brand new state-of the-art adoption center. Thanks to generous donors, the facility was constructed and donated in 2007 and has been our home ever since. Today, Simply Cats Adoption Center shelters over 100 cats and kittens and operates due to the hard work of a small staff and many volunteers.

Simply Cats is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that relies on donations for funding.
