Friends for Life Animal Rescue

FRIENDS FOR LIFE ANIMAL RESCUE was founded in of 2001. We are a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit California corporation. It is the goal of FFL to provide a bridge for animals from homelessness or abandonment to their forever homes.

We offer the community the following services:

SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM: stopping the births of unwanted animals by providing spay/neuter services for dogs and cats in low-income homes.

SHELTER EMERGENCY MEDICAL FUND: this program serves animals in need at the Humboldt County Animal Shelter who are suffering from illness and/or injury and have exceeded the amount of money allocated for veterinary care that the county shelter is able to provide.

HUMANE EDUCATION PROGRAM: a volunteer will come to classrooms or service organizations to discuss the FFL goal of ending animal homelessness, and what loving “forever homes” means to our community.

For more information on any of our programs, please visit our website: www.dogrescuers.org/ or send us a message!
