L.A. Love & Leashes is the first "shelter shop" that is 100% dedicated to animals at L.A.'s six city animal shelters. All of the dogs and cats who come to us are still spending their nights in LA city animal shelters. The store is a program of the volunteer-run, non-profit Friends of L.A. Animal Shelters.*

All of the amazing dogs and cats come each morning from our city shelters (Los Angeles Animal Services), generously transported by the staff of the West LA shelter. Those not adopted that day return to the shelter at night.

The store is supported solely by donations and we're very grateful for your support.
