This handsome girl is a a Portuguese Podengo! Soul is shy at first, but lets her happy and fun side show once she's sure you mean her no harm. She loves other dogs, and having a confident companion in the home could do wonders for her.

Soul needs an experienced sighthound adopter who can keep her safe and help her transition to home life. She will do best in a household without a lot of activity, in a quiet neighborhood without a lot of commotion.

This little sweetheart is a real cuddle bug. She is so happy to have attention and can never get enough petting. Izzy is so sweet and friendly and would love to be cuddled up with you all day long.

Today we have some great news! GDS Koen has gone to his family!!!!

On this day set aside to reflect on all that we are grateful for, we at Fast Friends are so very thankful to you, the supporters who make it possible for the dogs to begin their new lives.

From all of us, and from all the dogs you've helped, have a Happy Thanksgiving filled with who you love.

Timid Atlas would be an introvert's best friend. This little girl is a wadi dog who was rescued in Oman along with six littermates. All of them are extremely shy, and Atlas is the shyest of the group.

She has a wonderful personality, very curious and loving when she feels secure. She needs a patient adopter who will come spend time with her often before taking her home, and who is experienced with fearful dogs. She would love a quiet household with one or two trusted humans who are home a significant amount of time. A confident dog already in the home could make the transition easier for her.

Atlas is extra-special, and we are looking for an extra-special adopter to love her!

Meet Diana!

This classy lady is a Portuguese Podengo Grande rescued by our newest partner Bring Portuguese Podengos to Light. She is very, very smart and knows her own mind. Diana is a bit reserved at first, but once she gets to know you, she will be a friend for life. Diana would do best in a home with an experienced sighthound owner, as she is very timid. We are asking for Diana to have a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood, she would not do well in an apartment setting, or living on a busy street.

Meet Dexter!

Dexter ia a big cuddle bug ... and when we say big, we mean it literally! His size doesn't stop him from climbing into your lap, though - anything to get more love. Dexter is gentle and sweet, and will snuggle all day long. His ancestry is a mystery, as he was dumped at the door of a vet center in Qatar, where the nice people at 2nd Chance Rescue found him and took him in. Now he's here in the US, looking for a family to love forever.

Meet Sarabi!

Sarabi has never met a treat she didn't like! After being rescued from the street in Puerto Rico, we think she deserves whatever she wants! Sarabi has nice manners and is all about having fun and soaking up as much attention as she can get. She will make a fantastic addition to whatever family is lucky enough to bring her home!

So, Nova made a friend in Fast Friends Doggy Daycare, and they took him home to stay forever! We are so thrilled for Nova and his new family!!

Edwina and Elsa, our mother and daughter pair from Portugal, have settled right in at Fast Friends! Elsa (white with spots) is very friendly and playful and her mom Edwina (black with white) is a little more reserved but very sweet.
