Dear Animal Lover!


“KUTYATÁR” CONSERVATION AND ANIMAL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION has been established in 2012 by several soulfoul animal lover civilians. Our main goal is nursing each of the dogs arriving at the flaying house of Kaposvár city (Hungary), physical and spiritual therapy of the dogs in need and finding careful, responsible owner for them.

Our daily (24/7) work also could not be accomplished without the volunteers whom are giving helping hands to us in all kind of matter (like transportation; cleaning kennels; feeding, bathing, nursing and rescuing dogs; assisting on the Adoption Days and on different Events organized by us; being temporary reception “centers” especially for puppies while they are nursing them and helping their socialization, etc).

We honestly hope that each of the dogs thrown on the street, tortured, hold on chain will have such an owner who will show them the bright side of the life.

We are working for it every single day!

All of the dogs getting out of our Association are chipped, neutered and grafted. We are looking for such an owners for them whom are taking care of them responsible in their whole life, whom are ensuring them all the necessary living conditions (for example ensuring them the appropriate nutrition, medical care as needed, not holding them on chain and so on).

Unfortunately our Association unable to take over the whole expenses of vaccination, chip and castration. We are aware of the fact that a lot of people are in difficult financial situation, therefore we are asking reimbursement for only a part of the veterinary cost (production cost) from the future owner, whom are despite of their difficult financial situation ensuring another opportunity for a happy life for a much suffered dog.

From the incoming donations we are able to solve the enlargement of rooms at the shelter, we could use it for neutering (not only for the dogs at our Association but helping others who can not afford giving out such an expenses but loving and taken care of their animals), we could ensure that our warehouse always has the needed amount of food for our patronized at all the time. We also could use the donations for rehabilitation of the injured animals who urgently needed to be operated, therefore necessary to ensure them a safe, sterile room. Currently we have over 100 dogs (and over 20 puppies) under our care.
