Our Mission Statement is as follows: For the People of Clarke County Al. To do to the best of our abilities to abide by the mandated laws of the state of Alabama which states each county is to furnish an animal shelter. This shelter is to protect our citizens from dangerous, abandoned, abused animals. OUR MISSION STATEMENT TO THE ANIMALS: 1. Freedom from hunger and thirst. 2. freedom from discomfort. 3. freedom from pain, injury, and disease. 4. Freedom to express normal behavior. 5. Freedom from fear and distress.
