SSSD does NOT pull from shelters or accept dogs from the general public.
We only accept STREET DOGS into our program from
our feeding routes on the streets of Sunnyside if fosters and funding are available. There is a waiting list of triaged street dogs, prioritised by the dogs in most danger feverishly networked and placed first. Minor injuries and illnesses are vetted in the field and seriously injured dogs are taken off streets and vetted asap.
