Yesterday, we lost another SA Greys early alum, just two months shy of her 14th birthday. Sweet Rosie, was beloved girl of the Sanchez family, Jim, Mary Ann and Joseph and grey sister, Brigid. When Rosie (Sugar) came to us back in early 2012, she was very ill, but her guardian angel, Wanda, helped nurse her back to health until she joined her loving forever family a short time later and lived a loving and pampered life. Rosie mastered the art of being petted and would go from person to person getting attention. Her mom, said she was the best dog ever. Rosie, run free at the bridge with so many of the treasured hounds before you. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Sanchez family.

We had to say goodbye to my best friend, my first baby, the best boy ever. My heart hearts. Ozzie, my sweet (almost) 13-year-old greyhound, has crossed the rainbow bridge, surrounded by love and food, his two favorite things. His age and health problems became too much for this tough boy, and he went ever so peacefully in the living room on his favorite dog bed. My boy had an impact on everyone that he met with his sweet demeanor, extremely lengthy body and his tail wags. He has been through all the ups and downs with me for many years, and became the most patient and best big brother to my daughter, Kara. I will miss him so much and he will never be forgotten.

Happy Weekend, Everyone!!!
I had to move out of my happy forever home because my doggie sister decided she didn’t like me anymore. We were all very sad (except my sister, I guess).
Anywoo, I moved directly into a happy foster home where I’m recovering from my owies. I live with a little fluffy dog, and I used to live with a cat, so I’m really open minded.
If anyone would like to be my forever, forever people, I’m available!
