Owen County Friends of Animals, Inc.
Owen County Friends of Animals, Inc. started in 2005 due to the horrible treatment of shelter animals in Owen County. We are a very small group of volunteers that operate the county shelter with no funding. We are 501c3 -donations are tax deductible.
Our goal is to save as many shelter dogs as possible from an untimely death. We also strive to educate people about the benefits of spaying or neutering your pet.
Our adoption fee is $85 and it includes shots and spay/neuter.
