Cat-tastic Rescues is a non-profit and run by Shelene Bryant.

To rescue, care, and adopt out many cats in need of forever homes.

My adventures began as a solo act, trapping stray and feral cats around the neighborhood. Cats would be cared for and adopted out by me. Other times, cats would be taken to KCPetProject for a bigger network and chance to be adopted. Cats would be numbered and checked on by me. As the years went by, I became more knowledgeable and obtained the income to be better equipped to house cats looking for homes.

Currently, I am just a solo act with a very small network. I recently became an approved foster for KCPetProject. I still trap when I can and I am currently working very diligently to be better equipped to house more fosters through this shelter.

In the future, I hope to open my own no-kill shelter focusing on rescuing, caring, and adopting out kittens and cats.
