IFAW saves animals in crisis around the world. Current international campaigns include:
* Saving our Big Cats under threat
* Coordinating Emergency Relief actions where they are needed – IFAW currently supports on the ground crew providing food to over 1000 animals in the Tripoli Zoo
* Campaigning to stop the slaughter of seals
* Working on eliminating the illegal trade of ivory, stopping the poaching of elephants, securing elephant habitats and providing solutions on elephants and people living together hamoniously
* Teaching students to take action for animals through IFAW’s annual Animal Action Week. This year’s theme is Elephants, Never Forget.
* Helping pets by providing dog and cat rescue and education on preventing animal cruelty
* IFAW works globally on ending the illegal slaughter of whales and protecting whales from the many threats they face today
* IFAW Oceania is currently campaigning to create a network of protected areas for whales and dolphins around the Australian coastline.
