Dog Rescue Dunedin has been set up to rescue and re- home dogs that have been left unwanted at the Dunedin City Council Pound. Each time resources allow. Donations received cover food,vet care,worming,de-sexing,micro-chipping,transport,registration etc.

Dunedin Dog Rescue has been set up to rescue these condemned dogs by providing veterinary care, food and home-based foster care, and advertising them until they find their “forever homes”. Each time resources allow ($1000 per dog to be taken on) and a fosterer is available, another condemned pound dog is rescued.
