Top Dog Foundation is committed to providing a loving and permanent home for dogs that are deemed “un-adoptable” because of age and health, dogs that would otherwise be unnecessarily euthanized.

The Foundation is a collection of volunteers who work in the community to rescue and place senior dogs, usually with senior people or families. We have a mailing address but not physical office, shelter, or facilities.
