Serving FC animals

Our mission is to reduce the number of euthanized (healthy) pets in Franklin County due to overpopulation, to improve conditions for those animals who find their way to the Franklin County Pound and to provide support services for pet owners of Franklin County.

The membersihip roster of the Franklin County Humane Society contains no no paid members - we are all volunteers.
