NABS goal is to rescue abandoned dogs destined to be unfairly euthanized in local kill shelters. Then we rehabilitate, socialize, and adopt out these rescued dogs to select families to ensure both the family and their new best friend are perfectly matched.

We are an animal rescue group that rescues dogs from kill shelters and provide a sanctuary for them until they find forever homes.

In 2010 we started a Service Dog program. We rescue dogs from shelters who are good candidates for service work, train them, and donate them free of charge to disabled people from our community.
