The mission of the Coastal Carolina University Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (CCU-SHRM) is to promote the professional development of our members. We seek to build and support relationships between Coastal Carolina University students and local human resource management professionals. We encourage social responsibility and ethical awareness by way of community service opportunities. We are committed to education in the area of human resource management by way of guest speakers, networking engagements, workshops, and student conferences. Ultimately, we aim to provide members with opportunities to learn more about managing an organization’s most important resource – its people.

"It's All about People" ...Or even better it's all about the students. This is an orgainzation that is affiliated with a large national orgainzation called SHRM: the Society for Human Resource Manamgent.
