WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR OUR COMMUNITY! Last week we started a small fundraiser to give our animals a special treat for Thanksgiving. Our goal was $500- 20 meals for 20 dogs. However, due to the insane generosity of our community, we have raised over $3,600!!!!

Not only were we able to give our dogs a great meal, but we were also able to share our plates with the 13 animals at the county animal shelter next door. Even our cats got a nice turkey treat. We cannot thank you all enough!!

"Sunny is loving his new side yard as well as his backyard and front yard. He has adjusted well. He has started to accept my guitar playing! Here is a picture of him on the side yard with Holly and Shasta the husky. He finally met the skunk two nights ago. And again last night. Dr. Bonners peppermint soap is a good first wash. He sure loves to run and chase balls, sticks, and his tail! We sure do love him, he is a real nut." --John
