Giving Tuesday is only 2 days away!

DID YOU KNOW??
The Worcester County Humane Society relies on the generosity of our community and beyond to keep our shelter operating. We receive some funding from the Town of Ocean City, but NO funding from the county.
This is why we need YOUR help! When we say every penny counts, we mean it. We have no paid administrative staff, so we depend on our wonderful limited staff and dedicated volunteers.
We are a privately run organization and are not part of the Humane Society of the United States or the ASPCA as many believe. Our animals count on you! We couldn’t do what we do without YOU!

$25 covers the cost of a vaccine and microchip

How have these girls not been scooped up yet? HobNob (2 years) and Maiden (1 year) are both very sweet, love to be held and are very easy going. We’re here at Petsmart in Berlin for the last day of their National Adoption Event. We have Dwight and Pam with us. Let me introduce you to Wobble! Sweet Wobble came to us as a medical case. She came from a home where the owner developed gestational allergies. Owners also reported history of blood in urine that had not been addressed. Upon examination, Wobble was diagnosed with bladder stones- which our vet removed. You can see she is recovered from her surgery and doing well. This condition needs continual monitoring by a veterinarian.
Wobble loves to be brushed and has the prettiest blue eyes!
She is 5 years old and appears to be a mix of a pure-breed & domestic short haired.
