INSHRM (www.inshrm.org) is a regional association created to serve professional members in all areas of Human Resources.

The mission of INSHRM is to Serve our Professional members by providing comprehensive training, information and resources to our members; to Advance the Human Resources Profession by supporting our community while ensuring HR is an essential and effective partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

INSHRM was originally chartered in 1949. Today we have nearly 400 members in the Spokane, Washington and Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho area.
