(SHRMTC) is a non-profit, individual membership association for human resource management professionals.

SHRMTC currently has over 125 members made up of Human Resource professionals representing a diverse group of businesses from Ithaca and its surrounding areas: large, small, non-profit, public and private, manufacturing, food service, human service and education amongst others.

Affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), your local chapter membership offers you a range of services and programs that can broaden your skills and enhance your professional development.
