Giddyup Horse & Animal Rescue is committed to rescuing all animals from abandonment, abuse, neglect & slaughter, & owner surrenders.

The organization operates a rescue, shelter, and adoption program in Clay County, Missouri for horses, ponies and other abused and neglected animals. The organization accepts owner surrenders and custodial placement by local law enforcement pending the resolution of criminal charges against the owners. Animals taken into the program are stabilized and provided with any necessary veterinary care and those that are adoptable are then placed for adoption into permanent homes using state-wide websites and the organization's own website. The program utilizes facilities provided at no cost by its volunteers and directors. All program activities are conducted by its volunteers and directors.

Giddyup Horse & Animal Rescue is a 501 (c) charity registered in Cleveland, Missouri. Giddyup is a not-for profit business and saves all animals in need including, horses, minis, sheep, donkeys, parrots, exotic animals, cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, peacocks, pigs, cows, etc., rehabs them, and then places them in forever homes.
