We feel so blessed that we were able to rescue Zeppelin when her previous owners were going to put her down (they were moving out of state, and were worried that being a tripod, she would suffer and not make it out alive from a shelter). And then we were blessed again when we found Zeppelin the perfect home, with Brent and Alana!

EMERGENCY THANKSGIVING RESCUE ❤️🙏

This poor little 3-year-old girl found herself and her 13-week-old baby at one of the highest kill shelters in L.A., Devore. They named her CRACKLE, and her puppy, SIZZLE. There was the sweetest video of Crackle and Sizzle, playing together in their little kennel at the shelter. Then sadly, the shelter adopted out her baby, Sizzle, and red listed Momma Crackle for euthanasia.

It was Thanksgiving… and my heart was breaking for this sweet Momma, who clearly had been used as a breeding machine. I’m so happy to tell you that we rescued Crackle, and she is safe with us!!!

Crackle needs to see a vet and get all her shots, and as soon as she is cleared for surgery, we will have her spayed. We are committed to finding her the loving forever home she so deserves!

BRUCE IS THANKFUL💙FOR HIS HOME!!!

Look how handsome and healthy Bruce looks! Bruce was recently adopted, and he is one happy boy... He even has his own Instagram! Bruce's family adores him, and is shows!!!

When we rescued Bruce, he was in rough shape. He and Mama had been abandoned in a backyard, and they were malnourished, covered in ticks, and had no one to care for them. What a transformation!!!

This is the miracle of love and a Forever Home!🙏

MARLEY wants you to know that seniors ROCK!!! Marley's mom, Gail, says that Marley is happier and happier every day that she is in her Forever Home! She said Marley acts like she's a puppy, she has started playing with toys, and she even runs!

ANOTHER SPECIAL ADOPTION❤❤❤

ATLAS, now WINSTON, has found his family, and has officially been adopted into his Forever Home! We are so happy that our special brindle boy has his own family to love and be loved by!❤

This young boy was found abandoned in the desert, and when I got the call that this boy was in danger and had no where to go, I agreed to take him under AFLAR's wing!

I want to give SPECIAL THANKS—to Mike Ryan for reaching out to me for help, to trainer Chris Vallee for working with Atlas, to Robert Estrada for spending extra time with Atlas and taking him on fun outings, to Kathleen MacGregor for her time and special help with Atlas, and to all of our AFLAR volunteers and supporters for their love, dedication, and support!🙏
