The objective of this Chapter is to provide University of South Alabama students with the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight into the effective and strategic management of human capital in the field of Human Resource Management through affiliation with Mobile SHRM and the SHRM organization.

Our student organization is known as the University of South Alabama Chapter of the Society of Human Resource management (SHRM) or the USA SHRM Student Chapter.
