Founded in 1956 as Iota Rho Chi or IPX, the Graduate Society of Human Resources Leaders (GSHRL) is a professional organization composed mainly of graduate students in the Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HRIR) program at the University of Minnesota. The mission of GSHRL is to proactively and responsively enhance the quality of academic, professional, and social life of graduate students pursuing HRIR careers.
