We are a new Non Profit equine rescue Stated in October 2016 EIN# 32-0509216. Our Mission is RESCUE RETRAIN and REHOME abandoned and helpless horse. 501c3 Non Profit organization based in Skagit County Washington. RBHR is not limited to one breed, we will help horses of all breeds, to give them the best chance possible of permanent forever home. Regardless to how they arrive at RBHR by the way of neglect, auction, or donation our mission remains clear and consistent, Recue, Retrain, and Rehome.
