A 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to save the lives of animals that will otherwise be euthanized in kill facilities across the country. Develop and launch low or no cost Spay/Neuter options in the communities we rescue from. Establish educational programs and other broader solutions to improve the lives of animals.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Founded in 2011 by Michelle Neufeld Montak. GSAR is based in New York. We do not have a facility All of our dogs stay in private foster homes until adopted. We are always in need of foster homes so we can save more lives. We rely on donations and adoption fees to keep saving precious lives. All donations are tax deductible.
